Welcome

A sanctuary of compassionate molding.

Founded in 2005 by Peter Akweyona, Huruma Dolor is a faith-based educational and social welfare institution in Migori County. Our mission is to provide a holistic environment for orphaned and vulnerable children to break the cycle of poverty through education, character formation and spiritual guidance.

From our gates to our gardens, every space at Huruma Dolor is designed to remind learners that they are seen, loved and called to excel beyond the sky.
